"HOPIPHANY" -- AMERICAN IPA: 7% abv, 70 ibu
American IPA with simcoe, cascade, and amarillo hops.Assertive hop profile supported by a light caramel malt character for overall balance with a crisp, clean finish. Showcasing citrusy and piney American hops from the Pacific Northwest for that classic American IPA character.

"GIVE PEAT A CHANCE" -- FOREIGN EXTRA STOUT: 7.5% abv, 55 ibu
Full bodied stout with a moderately roasted grain and malt profile. Brewed with heavily peated malt to provide a harmonizing smoke character to this reasonably strong yet approachable stout. "...all we are saying... is give PEAT a chance..."

"SINGULARITY" -- AMERICAN PALE ALE 5.5% ABV, 45 IBUs
Commonly known as a single hopped pale ale, the malt profile and bittering addition of Magnum hops remains the same for each iteration of Singularity. However only one hop variety is utilized for its distinctive flavor and aroma attributes. Currently, Nectaron is the featured hop! First bred back in 2004 by New Zealand's Plant & Food Research, it is a full sister to Waimea and the daughter of Pacific Jade. Finally released commercially in 2020 after many years of refinement, Nectaron displays intense tropical fruit characteristics of pineapple and passion fruit as well as citrusy grapefruit and fruity peach undertones!

"BOOT THE BRITS" -- NEW ENGLAND IPA: 7% abv, 45 ibu
Less perceived bitterness than traditional IPAs yet intensely hop forward due to massive late kettle additions and dry-hopping. Boot the Brits features "new-world" hop varieties that offer juicy, citrusy, and tropical flavors and aromas. Wheat and oats offer a hazy appearance and a smooth medium-full body to round out the hoppy character.

Our "Inside the Park" blonde ale infused with cold-brewed coffee from our friends at Village Coffee in Scottsdale. Originally meant to be a seasonal offering, our customers kept demanding this so much that it has since become a staple here at Oro. Delightfully crisp to balance out the rich caramel and coffee notes, this beer can be enjoyed during happy hour or for breakfast... we promise that your secret is safe with us.

"SAISON d'ORO" -- FARMHOUSE ALE: 6% abv, 20 ibu
Our rendition of a traditional farmhouse-style ale. Brewed with a simple yet supporting malt bill to display the distinctive rustic qualities of Saison yeast and allow the classic herbal and earthy aromas of Czech Saaz hops to really shine. Very refreshing during the hot days of Spring and Summer, Saison d'Oro is near and dear to our hearts.

An American wheat ale with a distinctive hazy appearance and a medium-light body from the massive amount of wheat used to brew this beer. Late hopped with a generous amount of Mandarina Bavaria and finally blended with fresh Tangerine puree to supply refreshing citrusy notes to this extremely drinkable fruit beer.

"SOUR CHILD" -- FRUITED SOUR 4.5% ABV, 15 IBUs
A play on the term, “Flower Child", “Sour Child” is our rotating fruited sour series. Each batch features a different fruit addition to complement the acidity of the base beer. The vibrant colors, aromas, and flavors of these brews remind us of the spirited flower power movement that swept across the country during the sixties. Whether you like sours, fruited beers, or are new to them both, we’re certain that “Sour Child” will have you feeling groovy!
Currently, "Poolside in Manila" is on tap! Featuring Calamansi, the "Phillipine Lime" ubiquitous in Filipino dishes and cuisine. We've also added a nice dose of Blood Orange to round things out!

"I WISH I WAS A COOL KID" -- KOLSCH STYLE ALE: 5.1% ABV, 25 ibu
While it's always fun to push the boundaries with extreme and innovative beers, all too often the classic styles that have shaped modern craft beer get lost or overlooked. "I Wish I Was A Cool Kid" is the spring installment in our rotating seasonal lager series. Categorized in Germany as technically an ale that is lagered, Kolsch is a clean, crisp, delicately balanced beer that is remarkably refreshing! Don't worry Kolsch, we still think you're a pretty cool kid.

"SUBURBAN SKIES" -- AMERICAN LIGHT LAGER: 3.6% ABV, 10 IBUs
The summer installment in our rotating seasonal lager series, "Suburban Skies" is a light bodied, low ABV beer that is highly carbonated to accentuate its crisp, dry finish. Exceedingly refreshing and thirst quenching, this beer is perfect to help us get through the dog days of summer.

"ALL OR NOTHING" -- DOUBLE BLACK IPA 8.5% ABV, 85 IBUs
This was the first higher ABV beer brewed here at Oro, which was a little intimidating for a couple of homebrewers who decided to step up to the pro game. When undertaking a risk such as this, we were determined to give it our all. "All or Nothing" is a tribute of sorts to the driving mentality behind all successful small businesses. Those who risk everything while never compromising for anything less than the best. Cheers to all of you who give it your All or Nothing!

"OLD FASHIONED PUB SONG" -- ENGLISH BEST BITTER 5.0% ABV, 30 IBUs
"Old Fashioned Pub Song" pays homage to the experiences of numerous pioneers within the American craft brewing movement. Many of them recount how enjoying their first pint of bitter while visiting England revealed just how wonderfully diverse the world of beer was. They felt resentment that breweries back in America didn't truthfully reflect what beer could be, eventually leading them to opening breweries of their own and forever changing the landscape of beer as we know it.

“FIDDLER’S ELBOW” -- ENGLISH DARK MILD ALE: 3.3% ABV, 15 IBUS
Originating in 17th century, English Milds are the quintessential British session beer. The term Mild originally meant “young” ale as most beers back then were “staled” or aged. While known for its low alcohol and hop level, they are still packed with flavor. Over here in the states, they are rarely brewed. Steeped rich tradition and history, it’s one of our brewer’s favorite styles and we hope it becomes one of yours as well!

"I LIKE BIG BOCKS AND I CANNOT LIE" -- HELLES BOCK: 7.0% ABV, 30 IBUs
Brewed in collaboration with our good friends from The Beer Research Institute, this is a style that both of our breweries have been eager to brew for quite some time. As with all our lagers, we stuck to tradition with this one. Utilizing a water profile found in Munich to enhance the drinkability while also supporting the strong malt character and balancing hop bitterness. We hope you'll enjoy this brew as much as we do!

"PILSIN' AIN'T EASY" -- WEST COAST PILSNER: 5.2% ABV, 37 IBUs
"Pilsin Ain't Easy" was brewed with our buds Josh and Garret over at OHSO Gilbert along with our mutual friend Jeff, head brewer at Laughing Monk Brewing in San Francisco. An emerging style that is growing in popularity, West Coast Pilsner is essentially a classic Pilsner hopped up like a West Coast IPA. For our interpretation, we paired up some hops and hop products that we were really interested in. Experimental Idaho 7 Dynaboost from YCH and Crosby Estate Idaho 7 on the hot side and then dry hopped with a healthy amount of Crosby Estate Idaho 7 and Michigan grown Vista from Hophead Farms.

"KING GUS" -- IMPERIAL HAZY IPA: 8.5% ABV, 60 IBUs
2023 Arizona Craft Beer Awards® Gold Medal Winner - Imperial Juicy/Hazy IPAs and Imperial American IPAs Category
Started as our 6th anniversary beer, "King Gus" is brewed in collaboration with our friendly neighbors from Gus's World-Famous Fried Chicken! Brian, Gus's General Manager, kept pleading with us to brew up his favorite beer style, a hazy double IPA. We felt that year's anniversary was the perfect opportunity to brew one up. King Gus turned out to be one of our fastest selling beers ever, so we did it again!
